I offer meditation, strategic life coaching and creative, expression-based sessions. This is support and accompaniment – not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for either. If you are in crisis or need medical or psychological care, please contact a doctor, a licensed therapist, or emergency services.
An engagement becomes binding when we’ve agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) and the first session takes place. No physical signature is required – confirming by message and attending the first session counts as acceptance of these terms. A free intro call is just for getting to know each other and creates no paid contract.
Prices are agreed with you directly before we begin. As a small business (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is shown.
Payment terms are set out on your invoice, payable by the date shown. Most sessions are prepaid. Prepaid sessions do not expire.
If you need to move or cancel, I ask for 24 hours’ notice. No-shows, and sessions not cancelled in time, are charged in full. For a slot held specially for you at short notice, a place often can’t be re-filled. Specific terms for a given engagement are confirmed when we book.
If a call drops for technical reasons, we reschedule at no cost. I ask you to be in a safe space, alone and undisturbed; your equipment and connection are your responsibility. Online sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological care – in an acute crisis, seek professional help where you are.
No refunds once the first session has been held.
What you share with me stays between us. I won’t pass on your information except where legally required, or where there’s a serious risk to life. Sessions are not recorded without your consent.
You take part voluntarily and on your own responsibility. Coaching supports your thinking; it doesn’t replace your judgement, and I don’t guarantee any particular outcome.
I’m not liable for the outcome of the sessions or for decisions you make based on them.
I hold the right to pause our work if I find you’ve been dishonest with me, about your mental and physical health. Your prepaid sessions don’t expire – we simply take a break of at least six months, or until those issues are resolved.
These terms are governed by German law; place of jurisdiction is Berlin. My postal address for legal notices is in the Impressum.
